Insult - bu nogironlika olib keluvchi kasalikliklardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu kasallik har qanday yoshdagi odamlarda paydo bo'lishi mumkin. Ayollarda miya qon aylanishining buzilishi ko'pincha 18 yoshdan 65 yoshgacha paydo bo'ladi. Bunga sabab turli omillar bo’lishi va asosiy sabablardan biri qon tomirliarning buzilishi ushbu kasallikni qo'zg'atishi mumkin. Erkaklardan farqli o'laroq, ayollarda gormonal o'zgarishlarga moyil jins hisoblanadi. Hozirgi vaqtda insult dunyodagi eng jiddiy tibbiy va ijtimoiy muammolardan biridir.
