This article highlights objective data, such as the results of clinical and neurological manifestations of acute transient hydrocephalus in 23 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Characteristic clinical and neurological symptoms characterizing the syndrome of intracranial hypertension of predominant hydrocephalic genesis with the development of an acute transient form of hydrocephalus were revealed in all the observations.
The results of the study provided on the basis of the analysis of treated 23 patients with acute transient hydrocephalus, the development of which was noted with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Predetermined the timely identification of its characteristic signs that complicated the course of subarachnoid hemorrhage, which allowed us to establish direct indications for non-invasive monitoring of intracranial hypertension syndrome of hydrocephalic nature in the acute stage of cerebral catastrophe.
