PREVENTION OF ISHEMIC STROKT IN STTNOSING LESIONS OF THE CEREBRAL ARTERY

The present study was conducted for 12 months in 76 patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy with stenosing lesions of the carotid arteries of various origins. Patients were divided into two groups: n = 48 patients with TIA that developed against the background of atherosclerotic stenosis of the carotid arteries, n = 48 patients with TIA and n = 28 patients with pathological deformities of the carotid arteries (KINGKING, KOILING). The article presents data on predicting the development of ischemic stroke during a 12-month follow-up in atherosclerotic stenosing lesions and pathological deformities of the cervical arteries using the ABCD3 scale and duplex scanning
