FEATURES OF CEREBRAL HEMODYNAMICS OF ACUTE ISCHEMIC DISORDERS OF CEREBRAL CIRCULATION IN ATHEROSCLEROSIS AND HYPERTENSION

The study of the features of cerebral hemodynamics in acute ischemic disorders of cerebral circulation in atherosclerosis and hypertension is a relevant and diagnostic standard. We examined 100 patients with ischemic strokes of hemispheric localization, of whom 35% had strokes of atherosclerotic origin and 65% had strokes against the background of a combination of atherosclerosis and hypertension. The results of the study showed significant differences in hemodynamic parameters for the extracranial vessels of the carotid basin in stroke of various etiology.
