Abstract

The article discusses the most common post-stroke extrapyramidal disorders. The clinical spectrum and frequency of the main forms of extrapyramidal disorders developing in patients after an ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke are presented. The review analyzes the main approaches to the treatment of post-stroke extrapyramidal disorders, and also considers the issues of long-term prognosis of post-stroke extrapyramidal disorders.
