##article.abstract##

Gemifatsial spazm (GFS) — yuz nervi innervatsiya qiladigan mimik mushaklarning bir tomonlama, ixtiyorsiz qisqarishi bilan kechadigan kranial harakat buzilishi bo‘lib, bemorlarning hayot sifatini sezilarli pasaytiradi. A tipidagi botulinotoksin (BoNT-A) hozirda GFSni simptomatik davolashning birinchi tanlov usuli bo‘lib, bemorlarning 85–95% ida sezilarli yengillik beradi. Biroq davolash samaradorligi, ta’sir davomiyligi va nojo‘ya ta’sirlar har bir bemorda turlicha bo‘lib, yagona standartlashtirilgan protokol mavjud emas. Ushbu sharhning maqsadi — GFSni BoNT-A bilan davolashda samaradorlikka ta’sir etuvchi klinik-funksional mezonlarni tahlil qilish va personallashtirilgan davolash yondashuvining ilmiy asoslarini umumlashtirishdir. Tahlil shuni ko‘rsatadiki, davolashni bemorning klinik-funksional xususiyatlariga moslab individuallashtirish samaradorlikni oshirishi, nojo‘ya ta’sirlar va xarajatlarni kamaytirishi mumkin; bu yo‘nalishda dalilga asoslangan davolash algoritmini ishlab chiqish dolzarb vazifa bo‘lib qolmoqda.
