РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ АНАЛИЗА ФАКТОРОВ РИСКА ИШЕМИЧЕСКОГО ИНСУЛЬТА В ОБСЛЕДОВАННОЙ ГРУППЕ БОЛЬНЫХ

В настоящее время нарушение мозгового кровообращения обусловлено различными факторами. По данным Министерство Здравоохранения Республики Узбекистан 2019году в Узбекистане отмечалось 62876 случаев инсультов. 15% приобретали летальный исход, 10-15% возвращались к прежнему состоянию, 55 – 70% становились инвалидами. Инсульт переводится с латинского языка как «удар» что, обозначает острое нарушение мозгового кровообращения. Независимо от причины нарушения мозгового кровообращения результат всегда один – гибель нейронов головного мозга. Наиболее распространенной причиной этого является атеросклероз на внутренних стенках кровеносных сосудов, снабжающих головной мозг[1]. Они сужают кровеносные сосуды и делают их менее гибкими. В этом случае повышается вероятность закупорки кровеносных сосудов сгустками крови, в итоге кровеносные сосуды не могут снабжать кровью головной мозг[5].
