СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ДИНАМИКИ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ В КАЧЕСТВЕ ЖИЗНИ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С НЕВРОПАТИИ ТРОЙНИЧНОГО НЕРВА

The study examined the dynamics of quality of life (QL) and propensity for treatment in 315 patients with trigeminal neuropathy (TNN). According to the MOS SF-36 questionnaire, after treatment, the physical component of HC increased from 28 to 58 points, and the psychological component - from 33 to 52 points. The largest increase was observed in young and middle-aged patients. Although the physical recovery of men and women was similar, the psychological recovery of women was slow. According to the MAS-12 scale, women and urban residents showed a higher propensity for treatment. The main obstacles are the high cost of medicines, insufficient communication with the doctor, and logistical problems. Additional therapeutic methods (Demoton D, laser, "Monopause Essell," RCA) showed higher effectiveness compared to standard treatment. The results of the study confirm the need for a personalized approach to the treatment of TNN, taking into account age, gender, and social factors.
