Обструктивное апноэ сна (ОАС) является независимым фактором риска развития когнитивных нарушений. Согласно последним исследованиям (Andreu et al., Sleep Medicine Reviews, 2024) [1]., интермиттирующая гипоксемия при ОАС приводит к структурным изменениям головного мозга. Патогенетическая роль обструктивного апноэ сна (ОАС) в развитии неврологической патологии остается недостаточно подтвержденными в клинической практике.
