В статье оценивается прогностическая роль инсулинорезистентности и воспалительных биомаркеров у пациентов с острым ишемическим инсультом. Показано, что концентрации биомаркеров различаются в зависимос ти от подтипов инсульта, а инсулинорезистентность связана с повышенной воспалительной активностью и худшими функциональными исходами.
