В данной статье представлен случай 35-летней женщины с дистопическим Os odontoideum, которая поступила с симптомами постепенно нарастающей шейной миелопатии без явной истории травм. Диагностика выявила атланто-аксиальную нестабильность, и пациентке была проведена задняя стабилизация C1-C2, что привело к улучшению состояния. Проведено обзор литературы и обсуждено методы диагностики и лечения дистопический Os odontoideum.
