BOLALARDAGI BRONXIAL ASTMA: JISMONIY RIVOJLANISH VA NEVROLOGIK STATUSNING XUSUSIYATLARI

Tadqiqotning maqsadi: bronxial astma bilan og'rigan bolalarda markaziy asab tizimining perinatal patologiyasining namoyon bo'lishi mumkin bo'lgan ko’rinishlarini va jismoniy rivojlanish xususiyatlarini baholash. Tadqiqot materiallari va usullari: kasallikning remissiya davrida o'rtacha yoshi 7,2±1,2 yosh bo’lgan, o'rta og’irlikdagi bronxial astma bilan og'rigan 103 bemorni chuqur klinik va nevrologik tekshirish o'tkazildi. Hamroh nevrologik alomatlar mavjudligiga muvofiq, bolalar 2 guruhga bo'lindi: asosiy, markaziy asab tizimining perinatal shikastlanishining uzoq muddatli oqibatlari bo'lgan bronxial astma bilan og'rigan 72 bola va bronxial astma bilan og'rigan, lekin nevrologik buzilishlarsiz 31 boladan iborat taqqoslash guruhi. Natijalar: olingan antropometrik xususiyatlarni taqqoslash taqqoslash guruhidagi bolalardan farqli o'laroq, disgarmonik jismoniy rivojlanishning asosiy guruhida bronxial astma bilan og'rigan bolalar orasida ishonchli ustunlikni ko'rsatdi. Asosiy guruhdagi bemorlarda, nevrologik alomatlar fonida, bronxial astma kasalligining yomon nazorat qilinishi bemorlarning yarmidan ko'pida (n=46; 63,9%) emotsional qayg’urishlar va psixosomatik patologiyaning shakllanishi bilan bog'liq edi.
