Тромб левого желудочка чаще встречается у пациентов инфарктом миокарда передней стенки с увеличенным сегментом ST. Цель данного исследования состоит в том, чтобы оценить безопасность и эффективность ривароксабана при профилактике тромбообразования левого желудочка у лиц с инфарктом передней стенки миокарда.
