INNOVATIVE CLIMATE IS THE FUNDAMENTAL VECTOR OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

In modern conditions, scientific and technological progress is the most important source of economic growth. In turn, as world experience shows, technical progress is possible only with a change in approaches to managing the economy as a whole. The basis of this approach should be innovation processes within the country. This requires the creation of special conditions - an innovative climate. The article considers the essence of the innovation climate in the region, defines indicators and principles that characterize its development.
The purpose of the study is to analyze some components of innovative development and to identify tasks that ensure the further development of innovative infrastructure.
Scientific novelty of the research:
- Analysis of the components of innovative development between Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, such as the innovation cost sub-index, the innovation performance sub-index, the global innovation index, etc.
- The article proposes urgent tasks that ensure the further development of the innovation infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
