ОСНОВНЫЕ ПРОЦЕССЫ, ВЕДУЩИЕ К РАЗВИТИЮ КАТАРАКТЫ ПРИ САХАРНОМ ДИАБЕТЕ

Среди поздних осложнений сахарного диабета выделяется катаракта, которая приводит к ухудшению зрительных функций и, в конечном итоге, к слепоте. Несмотря на то, что в настоящее время хирургическое лечение катаракты преобладает, оно сопровождается рядом ограничений и осложнений при сахарном диабете. Поэтому очень важно изучение процессов развития катаракты и предотврощени их. В данном обзоре, основанном на анализе данных научных источников в основном за период с 2014 по 2020 год, с использованием таких интернет-ресурсов как PubMed, Web of Science, Medline, eLibrary.ru, Cyberleninka, катарактогенез при сахарном диабете представлен как комплекс параллельных, но взаимосвязанных патобиохимических процессов.
