Bolalarda qalqonsimon bez (QB) karsinomasi - endokrin tizim saratonining eng keng tarqalgan turi hisoblanadi. Maqsad: qalqonsimon bez saratoni (QBS) bo'lgan bolalar va o'smirlarning QB holatini baholash. Materiallar va usullar: QBS bilan og'rigan 27 nafar boladan umumiy klinik, biokimyoviy, gormonal ma'lumotlar to'plangan, shuningdek, bir qator antropometrik, morfologik va instrumental diagnostika tadqiqotlari o'tkazildi. Natijalar: barcha bolalarda, o'rtacha TI-RADS ko'rsatkichlari bo'yicha 4,2±0,2 va Bethesda ma'lumotlariga ko'ra 4,14±0,34 bo'lgan 66,7% hollarda, yakka eutireoid tuguniga ega bo'lgan papillyar gistologik turi aniqlangan. Xulosa: yod tanqisligi sharoitida QBS differensiyalangan turi bilan og'rigan bolalarda o'smirlik davrida yakka eutireoid tuguniga ega bo'lgan papillyar gistologik turi ustunlik qiladi.
