Данная статья посвящена анализу терминов родства и их свойства на основе словарных определений. В данной работе рассматриваются различные подходы к изучению этих терминов, их классификация и критерии их выделения. Родство определяет общественные отношения, определяет место человека в обществе и корректирует его поведение. При этом термины родства и свойства отражают своеобразие языка, специфику национального пути и характеризуют национальный менталитет.
