ASSESSMENT OF THE NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF DANGEROUS METEOROLOGICAL PHENOMENA (FREEZING) ON AGRICULTURE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KARAKALPAKSTAN)

The article presents the results of the study of freezing phenomena observed in the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. In particular, the spring freezing and its effect on plants were studied. Suggestions and recommendations were made on the forecast of the spring freezing and the development of measures to reduce its negative impact on agricultural crops.
